Abstract
Nutrition education plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of early childhood, particularly at ages 5–6, which is the golden age for physical and fine motor development. Children at this age require a balanced diet of nutritious foods such as rice, side dishes, vegetables, fruit, and milk to support muscle growth and motor coordination. Through nutrition education, children not only learn about healthy foods but also understand their benefits for the body and their daily eating habits.
This study aims to describe; (1) the nutrition education model in group B; (2) the nutrition education program for children aged 5-6 years in group B; and (3) the achievement of fine motor development in children in group B of Aiyiyah Bustanul Athfal Weru Paciran Lamongan Kindergarten.
This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach with a case study. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.
