Education is an activity or human effort to develop the potential that is owned both physically and mentally to obtain learning outcomes. The low learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects are caused by one of the learning methods that are less innovative and the use of learning media that are still conventional. In addition, the individual's friendship environment is also considered because friendships that tend to be lazy to learn can reduce the individual's learning outcomes.
The purpose of this study is: 1) To determine whether the use of audio-visual media has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of PAI class XI at SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika. 2) To determine whether the peer environment has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of PAI class XI at SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika Ponorogo. 3) To determine whether the use of audio-visual media and peer environment have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of PAI class XI students at SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika Ponorogo.
The method used in this study is quantitative analytic. The data analysis techniques in this study include normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis.
The final results of the study indicate that 1) There is an influence between the use of audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for Class XI at SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika as evidenced by a t-value of 5.555 and a contribution of 56.5%, 2) There is an influence between the peer environment on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for Class XI at SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika as evidenced by a t-value of
4.216 and a contribution of 78.8%, and 3) There is a simultaneous influence between the use of audio-visual media and the peer environment on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for Class XI at SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika as evidenced by an F-value of 28.998 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This combination of audio and visual can provide a more complete and optimal presentation of learning materials to students. The study presented previously showed that the use of audio-visual materials in the classroom supported by a positive peer environment can improve student learning outcomes.
