There are problems regarding the understanding of the meaning of Q.S. Yu>suf verse 28 regarding the deceitfulness of women as if women by nature have great deceitfulness, giving rise to a bad stigma against women and the dignity of women is seen as low.
This type of research is Library research or library research, with a qualitative method or approach. the object of research is the book Futu>h} Al-gha>ib Fi> Al-Kasysyaf by Syarafuddin Husain at-Thayyib which is a Hasyiyah book from Tafsir al-Kasysyaf by al-Zamakhshari. This research focuses on the information contained in the book Futuh al-Ghaib regarding the interpretation of Q.S. Yu>suf verse 28.
Then the results of this study are in the book Futu>h} Al-gha>ib Fi> Al-Kasysyaf explaining that Q.S. Yu>suf verse 28 many interpretations of Q.S. Yu>suf verse 28 which nuances punish women with all their deceit, al-Thayyibi has a different view. According to him, the deception is not a decree of Allah alone, because in His text it is the words of al-Aziz against Zulaikha.. That way, the interpretation of al-Thayyibi in Futu>h} Al-gha>ib Fi> Al-Kasysyaf requires gender friendliness. An observative thought that alleviates the shackles of the indictment on women.
