Rendahnya kemampuan berbicara peserta didik dalam mengungkapkan pendapatnya, adapun salah satu faktor yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan berbicara peserta didik yakni berasal dari pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tidak sesuai dengan materi ajar sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan berbicara peserta didik. Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara peserta didik khususnya mata pelajaran SKI diperlukan model pembelajaran disertai media pembelajaran yang efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara peserta didik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran time token berbantuan media flashcard dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara peserta didik kelas 5 SD Tarbiyatul Islam Kertosari, (2) mengetahui kemampuan berbicara beserta didik dengan model pembelajaran time token berbantuan media flashcard, (3) mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran time token berbantuan dengan media flashcard terhadap kemampuan berbicara peserta didik kelas 5 dalam mata pelajaran SKI materi meneladani Khalifah Utsman bin Affan
Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 5 di SD Tarbiyatul Islam Kertosari Babadan Ponorogo, di mana sampel yang diambil adalah peserta didik kelas 5A yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik dan kelas 5B yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan tes kemampuan berbicara secara lisan.
Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa (1) keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model time token yang berbantuan media flashcard di SD Tarbiyatul Islam Kertosari terlaksana dengan sangat baik, (2) penggunaan model pembelajaran time token yang berbentuk dengan media flashcard terbukti mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara peserta didik, (3) setelah dilakukan uji N-Gain untuk menentukan tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh peneliti, maka dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan model time token yang berbantuan media flashcard efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara peserta didik pada mata pelajaran SKI materi kekhalifahan Utsman bin Affan.

The low speaking ability of students in expressing their opinions, one of the factors related to students' speaking ability is the choice of learning models that are not appropriate to the teaching material, thus affecting students' speaking ability. In order to improve students' speaking ability, especially in SKI subjects, a learning model accompanied by effective learning media is needed so that it can improve students' speaking ability.
This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of the time token learning model assisted by flashcard media in improving the speaking ability of 5th grade students at Tarbiyatul Islam Kertosari Elementary School, (2) determine the speaking ability of students with the time token learning model assisted by flashcard media, (3) determine the effectiveness of the time token learning model assisted by flashcard media on the speaking ability of 5th grade students in the SKI subject on the material of emulating the Caliph Utsman bin Affan.
The research used a quantitative experimental approach. The population was fifth-grade students at Tarbiyatul Islam Kertosari Babadan Elementary School, Ponorogo. The sample consisted of 20 students from class 5A and 20 students from class 5B. The study employed observation and oral speaking ability tests.
Based on the data analysis, it was found that (1) the implementation of the learning process using the time token model assisted by flashcard media at Tarbiyatul Islam Kertosari Elementary School was carried out very well, (2) the use of the time token learning model in the form of flashcard media was proven to be able to improve students' speaking skills, (3) after conducting the N-Gain test to determine the level of effectiveness of the learning model applied by the researcher, it can be seen that the use of the time token model assisted by flashcard media was effective in improving students' speaking skills in the SKI subject on the material of the Caliphate of Uthman bin Affan.
